It’s fairly easy for me to fit lots of fruit into my diet. I like fruit. Vegetables, on the other hand… not so much. I like them, but salad gets old, and the boys aren’t big raw vegetable eaters (especially little E). So, I’m always looking for ways to get more veggies into our meals.

That’s where I’ve been lately, cookin’ up a storm. Aside from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I’ve been making some extra things for our family. With prices so high these days, I thought that making little M’s baby food would help us stay close to our budget, not to mention that it’s nice to know that she’s getting fresh, nutritious baby food!
